How to invite users to Olivs
- On top menu, click on Team
- In the list that appears, in Team column, select ‘Invite user’
Choose my own User ID – this option allows you to enter the user ID that you select. You can align IDs with your other software for easier recognition. When you check this box, the field to enter ID will appear. This ID must be numeric only.
Enter basic details of the user: first and last name, their e-mail address and designated role in your organization.
- Select whether the user should have Administrator permissions – if not, detailed permissions can be set up at next step
- Select whether this user will be able to invite new users
User will receive an e-mail with invitation and instructions on how to accept it and log in. Click here to see help articles on accepting invitations.
Once they accept the invitation, they can access your organization.
