Only registered users can access services. We recommend each person to have their own user access, e.g. not sharing the same credentials.

Users are defined in two ways:

  • general user – outside of any particular business file – where user himself controls their data, can set up their own Subscriber and Business Files
  • local user – within a particular business file – where user (unless Owner or Admin) operates under control of Owners and Admins, who can limit their permissions, change their details such as under what name this user appears in this business file. This control is limited only to the particular business file and does not impact other business files or user’s general settings

Owners / Admins cannot see/change general data of User or their links to other business files.
